The Axis Alternatives experience
At Axis Alternatives, we firmly believe in the benefits of a close-knit firm.
As each employee’s degree of integration affects the team spirit that is so essential to the success of our work, we regularly bring our employees together during work meetings and seminars, and on a more informal basis.
We know how important it us to provide an enjoyable work atmosphere, so we organise two annual evening events as well as football tournaments, poker games and impromptu after-work get-togethers throughout the year.
We also feel strongly about contributing to society and regularly take part in meal distributions with the Salvation Army.

Our consultants and managers share their expertise in a specific area with their fellow employees, through in-house training open to everyone and focused on consulting and specific business skills. -
Broaden your skill sets
In addition to their operational assignments, all consultants may choose a set of skills to which they wish to devote their efforts more specifically, regardless of their level within the company.
Versatility is a key element in the choice of the assignments our consultants work on. Each team member will be required to work on diverse topics in a range of business sectors. -
Receive guidance
Axis Altenatives has set up an “on-the-job” management system led by an Assignment Manager, who is the consultant’s key point of contact. This management approach ensures that our assignments run smoothly.
Throughout their career with the firm, each team member is also supported by a dedicated Coach (manager or partner).
Together, the Assignment Managers, Coaches and HR teams provide personalised supervision of employees and help to create a stimulating environment that enables employees to develop their skills and benefit from high quality working conditions. This approach is subject to a regular “well-being at work” survey.
